I have the honor of chairing this year’s ESASO Retina Training Program in Paris from July 6 to 8, 2026.

The ESASO Foundation is an advanced postgraduate institution dedicated to ophthalmology training.
ESASO is often described as a “talent hub” in ophthalmology, open to a broad professional network.

Its main objective is to train already qualified ophthalmologists to an expert level.
The teaching approach is practical and highly technical, delivered by international leaders in the field.
